This course has been designed to help trainers who attract clients that want to master their own body weight and who are interested in the movement disciplines that come from older forms of exercise such as Yoga, Pilates and Martial Arts.

The course runs live online, which means you get to study every week for 12 weeks with a group of other trainers going through the process. Each week there is a 1-hour lecture run through the conferencing software Zoom.us which is recorded for people who cannot attend the call.  Alongside this lecture is a task, set to help you grow week on week until you understand the techniques, science and skills required to deliver amazing movement-based workouts with their routes in Yoga, Pilates and Martial Arts.

As with all FASTER courses you are invited to keep sitting in on the course each run through.  Which means you will meet new trainers regularly and get to keep digging into the layers of the course.

Full Spectrum Mobility Mastery – By Emma Woodcock and John Hardy
We have developed a course on bodyweight movement which c
ombines techniques from Yoga, Pilates, dance, gymnastics and martial arts. The course lasts for 12 weeks, which is made up of weekly live online meet-ups (which are recorded if you miss a week), 12 tasks that build to help you develop the skills to utilise the older techniques of movement in a scientific way to help your clients.  Each week you will get to learn new movements and how to develop these movements to match your client’s needs.

This course is not intended to replace a Yoga, Pilates or Martial Arts certificate, but instead to allow you to tap into the ancient knowledge and the familiar movements that clients love, while applying the scientific knowledge around motor learning and end range strength development.
