This is an online course designed to help you create your own specific group exercise class.
Through a series of tasks, you will discover who you are designing your class for and how to market this class in both the real and online world.
We will revise biomechanics and how to use different energy systems to create different results as desired for your class, from fat loss, strength, sport specific to increase range of motion. We will also look at how to load muscles and create energy escape not only with body weight but with the knowledge to rule the tool.
Combining this with latest research on injury prevention, skill development and performance and the importance of fatigue management and effective coaching. Putting this all together to empower you to take control and create a workout experience that delivers adaptation whilst leaving your participants wanting more.
The course comes with a workbook and set of tasks. It is hosted on our new e-learning platform that also acts as an ever-growing exercise and workout library. Hive Learning will allow you to see the course on your phone, iPad and computer.
Once you have signed up, then Jo will email you with the course documents and also an invite to the group on Hive Learning. Then you can start to build your knowledge and get your clients excited about developing Movement skills through a group environment with the freedom and confidence to create your own unique class.
