Collision is the course that was originally designed to be aimed at Rugby.  However, the skills and science behind collision worked for so many sports that it needed to be its own course. By dissecting the different occurrences and outcomes of collision in sport, it was clear that training around collision would be an amazing way of delivering exercise to clients from sports specific to the regular client who needs to work on balance.

These are the course modules –

Module 1 – Collision management and its role in sports and life, a scientific reasoning
Module 2 – Building Collision management into your process, a process
Module 3 – Identifying collision types, the pre and post-collision requirements and environments
