Today we accumulated a few different exercises to work ye ole biceps, aka Guns.  This training circuit involves Suspension, Cables, Kettlebells and conventional Dumbbells. The training circuit will give a great bicep aka Guns y providing a variety of exercises for your client.  I like to look to Ron Burgundy for inspiration and proper form! And it is important to have your hair put just right.

These exercises will help increase muscle strength and provide great conditioning for your clients. Have a great workout!

45 seconds of Kettlebell Curl with Rotation

45 seconds of Cable Curl with Rotation

45 seconds of Suspended Curl

45 seconds of Dumbbell Curl to Rotation

Rest for 60 seconds and repeat 5 times, yes that’s the ticket !

Exercise 1 Kettle Bell Curl with rotation

Exercise 2 Cable Curl to Rotation

Aiming for more fibres, at this point you will be feeling the burn! Guuunnnnssss!!!!


Exercise 3 One Leg Suspended Curl

Tight Training In’Tension core with Guuuunnnnnsssss!!!!!


Exercise 4  Dumbbell Curl Narrow to Wide

Working on the eccentric and end range. Guuuunnnnnnssss!!!
