Today we decided to mix things up for a workout combining body weight exercise involved Burpee,  GripR exercise and Kettlebell exercise. This mini training circuit will provide a full body workout.  Though this is only 3 exercises, the workout will be able to increase your clients heart rate:

Workout:  1 minute per exercise then repeat 5 yes 5 times

Burpee – Body Weight Hand Lunge to Standing Lunge Rotating Left and Right movement

GripR squat with wide feet and press rotation

Kettlebell 3 point prone and leg reach rotation

 

Exercise 1  Burpee – Body Weight Hand Lunge to Standing Lunge Rotating Left and Right movement

 

Exercise 2 GripR squat with wide feet and press rotation. You have your client increase weight for each set for a more intense exercise.

 

Exercise 3 kettlebell 3 point prone and leg reach rotation : This exercise will work best for your client with the proper form. It will help with improving your client’s balancing skills.
