On our Specialist Level this is the access course that will take you through to completing the other courses on this level if you want to specialise further.

This course is going to teach you everything about being the best Personal Trainer in the industry and then give you the ability to research and build a system of training of your own.  You will know how to predict and produce every movement possible and then how to predict the consequences of these movements.  Additionally you will be able to predict how these motions will sequence bone by bone, joint by joint and muscle by muscle across the whole body.

The course now covers lifting, speed training, fatigue management, skill development, building assessments, solutions and having all the skills to get any client the result that they want within the physical capabilities of the client.

How it works –

You enroll and get a set of lectures prior to starting, so we can share terminology and skills that will help you get through the course.  This level of information is higher than most courses will deliver as a full course!

We role through 8 different online modules that run live, and are posted on our private Facebook group, for you to join in.  Additionally we add in extra hangouts if you request them.

Once you have completed the Specialist in Functional Performance course, then you can upgrade on to one of our courses that also sit on this level –

  • Advanced Functional Trainer – Injury Avoidance and Rehabilitation
  • Obsessed – Speed Transfer
  • Obsessed – Energy Systems

Online – Pre-learning plus 8 weeks of online lessons, debates and google hangouts
Live – Optional 4 days with an FTE, either one to one or one to group after these 8 weeks
