This day comes with the online course Obsessed about Speed Training and Transfer.  The main focus of this course is to help you develop speed and conditioning drills for clients of all abilities, from beginners who need to spice up their cardio, all the way up to professional athletes who rely on every ounce of acceleration, top speed and top speed endurance in order to perform at the highest standard.

In the one-day seminar, we will explore the research around increasing acceleration, top speed and top speed endurance, as well as look at why we fatigue.
