This course has the following modules –
Module 1 – How a muscle contracts, energy systems and the resultant effects on the muscle
Module 2 – How Fatigue works to regulate power output, performance so progression as you program
Module 3 – Components of creating a muscular change. Defining, testing and building exercise for the Aerobic and Anaerobic system. Motor Learning and Coaching.
It is from this course that all of our other courses will be developing and growing.
