Neural Notching : How to create effective range of motions

£180.00

This is the course I said I would never write. However I have spent a lot of time with my head in the books, and I am proud to bring you a course that is based on a made up word, but a scientifically researched set of principles. In this course, I use the term ‘Neural Notching’ to mean creating zones of strength in ranges that are useable with techniques that are transferable.

Neural Notching

This is the best term that I can come up with to describe how to build areas of strength and power within or at end range. Unlike manipulation, trigger pointing, stretch therapy etc, this course is not about fixing people, tricking the nervous system to allow range, or making big jumps in assumption to get a result.

Based on research into skill training, I will share with you short and long term techniques that you can then implement into the way you are training. The course runs from 10-6 and contains the following –
