10.30 – 11.00 am – Hand Grips and Foot Landing
11.00 – 12.00pm – Training the Upper Body and Core
12.00 – 12.45pm – Lunch
12.45 – 13.45pm – Training the Lower Body and Locomotion
13.45 – 14.00pm – Break
14.00 – 15.00pm – The big circuit
15.00 – 15.40pm – Games for all ages
15.40 – 16.00pm – Question and Answer
