This course is designed to show you how to get the most you can from the CMT. It is an intense day and you will work hard if you want to. Please have a look at the testimonials and feedback at the bottom of this page!

Available in 1kg, 2kg and 4kg weights, the lubricated steel shot inside the CMT collides with the cavity walls and this force transfers to the user. It’s a significant force and you have to work hard to precisely control it – and that’s what develops core strength.

    I was fortunate to be on the first course in the UK and loved it. I have been in the fitness industry for about 11 years and have seen all the "fads" come and go with clever marketing and gimmicky products. This is different.
    The product itself can be used to get different effects on joints i.e. increasing or decreasing end range motion. But i this the one biggest factor is that whatever you do with it you will be smashing your abbs to pieces. I used the 1kg CMT for Hiit workout for 45 mins 30:30 on a Sunday and could still feel my core on the Friday and I have been training since i was 17. I am now 35!
    The education for the tool is massively important and if someone gave you a screwdriver to remove a bolt you would probably think the screwdriver was crap!

    Finally a product that brings something unique! I've been lucky enough to be on the first course and using it with multiple clients for over a month. Its one of a kind tool to improve short range strength on hypermobile clients and really request the abs to work as they were designed to, in global and meaningful movement.
    Unlike other more common tools, the good effects of this one are highly dependent on the trainer's knowledge of movement and how to load it. Therefore I consider this course an essential in order to teach this tool.

    I had been looking forward to this for a long long time and it was even better than I thought it would be. If you're looking to work your core or your client's core muscles whilst getting a great sweat on then this is for you. This piece of kit is great, its versatility and its ability to target the mid section of the body whilst working other various muscle groups and at the same time working the energy systems is fantastic. The instant feedback that you get from the sound it makes helps not only me but also my clients, giving them a greater experience in their workout. The only problem is my clients want to take it away with them to use!!!!

    I was lucky enough to take part in the first course in the UK and it was a priceless experience. The course education was was a great insight to understanding movement and incorporating that into working specific muscles in the correct energy systems. What was amazing to me was listening to the noise and how the drop in performance was not only obvious for the tutor but also to you, when the noise level drops the performance drops. The CMT is a fantastic piece of equipment which I use with my clients everyday. The feedback from my clients has been immense, hitting core, helping people with balance, helps joints become more efficient at end range and short range for sports performance, but its most powerful attribute is the sound sshh sshh!! Psychologically and physically this piece of kit hits the boundaries of training for any capability. You need to do this course!!
