Today we revisit a training circuit with Medicine Ball or Sand Bag (By Escape Fitness) These exercises are ideal for core training.  This workout can be done outside or inside.  Increase the tempo each set for more intense workout. These exercises will provide your clients with a great body weight workout.  You can also increase intensity with heavier Medicine Balls or Sand Bags.

The circuit:  1 minute per station, go through 3 times, Go as fast as you can!

Exercise 1 Sand Bag One Leg Squat bent over row to chest sagittal

 

Exercise 2 Base Exercise UF Abdominal Ball Combo

Exercise 3 Sand Bag Sagittal Backward Lunge big curl ankle to overhead sagittal

 

Exercise 4 Base Exercise UF Ball Roll Plank
