Exercise 1 Sand Bag Frontal Jump press right and left
Sand Bag (By Escape Fitnes) The unstable load makes users work harder and activates the stabilizing muscles throughout the whole body. User-friendly – weight is created by steel sand granules to generate a smooth shift of weight rather than a sudden thud.
Exercise 2 Medicine ball 3 point prone and reach rotation : This exercise is great example of full body movements.
